This is a birthday present for my little sister who also shares an account with my younger brother. ~NightsWarriors
So anyway, I thought that it would be a good idea if I drew a picture of her character Blizzard the Hedgehog as her birthday present. Also since she really likes penguins. I thought it would be cool if I also created a penguin character to go along with her character.
